Member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Psychologists, President of the Section for Psychological Tests and member of several working groups of the Chamber. Author and co-author of many papers and books in the field of psychology and active participant in many conferences and workshops. Certified trainer of trainers for mobbing, author and implementer of many projects in the field of psychology and human resource management.
Organizational Psychologist
Margarita Nikolovska is a Master of Psychological Sciences, Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychological Counseling, a licensed psychologist with a special license for psychotherapy and health psychology and a certified psychotherapist. Areas of expertise: psychotherapy, groups and group dynamics, personal development, crisis interventions For over 10 years, she has been actively working and leading individual and group psychotherapy and psychological counseling with individuals and groups, certified in training psychologists for practical work in psychotherapy, leading psycho-educational, team building groups, psychosocial support groups, etc. In addition, she is part of the team on many projects where she is called upon as an expert in her field. She is the President of the Supervisory Board of the Chamber of Psychologists of the Republic of Macedonia, second term, member of the examination committee of the Chamber, part of the Crisis Intervention team.
